Next, we'll send you a proposal confirming the following for your property or each of your properties::

  • Suitability of property - this reflects the overall marketability of the property.  If it is not suitable in our opinion, we will let you know promptly and not mess you around.

  • Condition and inventory requirements - perhaps, you many need decoration, bed linen, cutlery or other guest essentials.

  • Revenue projection - assuming the above 2 points are fine, we'll produce a forecast on net profitability (after fees and expenses) including provision for a short ramp up period at the outset.

Step 3   LET'S GO!

  • Sort out the small print - we'll agree terms with you that you're comfortable with including fees and contract period.

  • List your property on booking websites - we will do out best to make your property most attractive.

  • Ready for business!  Now we can start to take bookings and give you full visibility and reporting in the process,
