Condition and inventory requirements - perhaps, you many need decoration, bed linen, cutlery or other guest essentials.
Revenue projection - assuming the above 2 points are fine, we'll produce a forecast on net profitability (after fees and expenses) including provision for a short ramp up period at the outset.
Step 3 LET'S GO!
Sort out the small print - we'll agree terms with you that you're comfortable with including fees and contract period.
List your property on booking websites - we will do out best to make your property most attractive.
