There's no holding back when it comes to your rent money.  So as soon as we received it from the booking site your guests booked through, we'll be wiring it over to your bank account.  This can take a few days to reach your account due to bank transfer times.  We do this for every booking, regardless of the number of bookings and length of stay.  

You'll always know what's going on.

Visibility gives you comfort especially during the early days if you're new to short letting.  

So, we'll send you an up to date statement for the calendar month up to the date of the last booking giving you a breakdown of all the figures including how much the booking website paid out, the cleaning fees your guests paid us for, our Total Guest Management fee to you, any expenses for consumables and finally, the balance for each booking transferred to your bank account.  

In addition, As soon as we start listing your property on booking Web sites, we'll provide you with a calendar link so you can check occupancy levels.

goodproperty's fee is fixed, transparent and simple to understand.

We charge a fixed fee based on an agreed percentage of booking revenues.  The percentage is specific to and depends on the profile of the property.  This fee is deducted from the revenue paid out by the booking website (whichever the guests book through) for each booking.

Other fees and expenses?

Consumables such shower gel, light bulbs and cleaning materials are expenses deduct after we've deducted our fee from the amount paid out by the booking website.

Guests pay us for cleaning as a separate item from their rent when booking.

The booking websites charge a percentage fee of the total cost of the stay and this varies depending on the Website to the guest as well as the host.  The booking monies we receive prior to deducting goodproperty's fees and expenses are net of the latter.
